MAP 12-61-00 - Mono Ammonium Phosphate

MAP 12-61-00 is a premium-grade, water-soluble fertilizer widely used in drip and foliar applications. It contains 12% Nitrogen (N) and 61% Phosphorus (P2O5), making it ideal for early-stage crop development when root establishment and energy transfer are critical. As a chloride-free product with low salt index, it's safe for delicate crops and suitable for high-efficiency fertigation systems.

Its compatibility with other fertilizers and quick solubility ensure uniform nutrient distribution, making MAP 12-61-00 a preferred choice for balanced and targeted nutrient delivery in modern farming.

Specification
  • Product Name : MAP 12-61-0
  • Chemical Name : Mono Ammonium Phosphate (MAP)
  • Chemical Formula : NH4H2PO4
  • CAS Number : 7722-76-1
  • Fertilizer Grade : 12-61-0
  • This product contains a total of 12% nitrogen (N), all of which is in the ammoniacal form. It also contains 61% available phosphorus expressed as P O . The potassium content, expressed as K O, is 0%. The moisture content is typically less than 0.5%, and the product has a very low level of insoluble matter, usually not exceeding 0.1%. The pH of a 1% solution in water ranges between 4.5 and 5.0, indicating a slightly acidic nature. The product is over 99% pure on a dry basis and is fully water-soluble.

Benefits
  • Boosts Root Development :
It has a very high amount of phosphorus that helps establish early root growth and stronger root development and encourages you to never waste time on your gardening.
  • Improves Flowering & Fruit Set :
Phosphorus is critical for initiation of flower buds, and results in more blooms or flowers while the fruit is on the tree and mature fruits, particularly in fruit trees like grapes, tomato, pomegranate and chilli.
  • Better Nutrient Uptake Efficiency :
Fully water-soluble and free of impurities, it enables the plant to quickly absorb all essential nutrients, promoting each fertilizer dose to be used very efficiently.
  • Ideal for Early Crop Stages :
Its complete absence of potassium makes it an excellent fertilizer in the initial vegetative phase, when where there is a high phosphorus demand and when potash is not yet necessary.
  • Nurture Energy Transfer & Photosynthesis :
Phosphorus plays an important role in ATP production which in turns directly impact on energy metabolism, enzyme activity and photosynthesis of plant.
  • Safe for All Crops :
Without heavy metal and other toxic ingredients such as chlorine, sodium, and other harmful elements, it's the safest hose for sensitive plants (including vegetables, fruits, and flowers).
  • Promotes Higher Yield & Crop Uniformity :
Even and early phosphorus supply ensures uniform flowering and fruiting resulting in higher yields and marketable produce.
